Help Sean
This is the section where you guys can help me out, be it serious advice or just something to put a smile on my face I need all the help I can get if I'm going to break this world record and raise £100,000 for Solar-Aid.
Help Inspire Sean
The music which I listen to whilst I'm away is going to play a big part in my mindset each day, and will be all that I have (except the thought of getting back in that saddle for another 130 miles) to get me out of bed and psyched up for the ride every morning.
To make it that little bit easier to get pumped up and in a record breaking mood each morning, I want you to submit your perfect inspirational playlist. Under 10 songs would be perfect as time is of the essence each morning, but feel free to submit as many playlists as you like, I've got plenty of days where I need to be inspired.

Help Prepare Sean
If you have been on my route page, you will have seen where I am heading. If we believe the six degrees of separation theory, meaning that through six handshakes we could meet everyone in the world, we should have a tenuous link to almost everywhere I am going, at least through a friend of a friend visiting there. From Portsmouth to Peru, Calcutta to California or Australia to Istanbul, someone out there should be able to tell me something interesting about the places that I will be travelling through. Be it something to help prepare me, or just a random fact, I want to hear it.
Help Push Sean
For me to get to peak physical condition I need to be pushed to the limit. If you know of some good or especially punishing rides that you have done recently, let me know about them. If you are serious about your cycling you could even let me know what time you have done them in, and if training permits I will have a crack at it and let you know how I got on.
If you come to see me at any of the events I am going to be at (see blog) you may also have the chance to compete against me head to head in a short sprint race on two bikes set up next to each other. The more people that come, the tougher, and therefore more beneficial, the day will be for me.
Help Fuel Sean
If you have done an endurance event of any type in the past, you'll know that what you eat before, during and after is vital. This part is for you to share with me any weird, wonderful or just plain quirky foods that you find have helped you in the past to either give you energy or help you recover quicker. Provided its edible, I'm pretty open to any suggestions so don't hold back, I won't judge.
Help Motivate Sean
This is where you can help my mental state, whether it be in the build up to the race, when I'm trying to get myself out of bed for another training session, or whilst I'm into me 12th hour of the day on the road the other side of the world, sometimes its just nice to hear a friendly message from someone to keep me going.
Anything submitted here will go to my emails which will go straight through to my phone wherever I am in the world, I need to hear from people to keep me sane, so send me as many messages as you like, they are all gratefully received.
