Calories, energy, recovery, performance . . .
Calories, energy, recovery, performance . . . . that's all I seem to think about these days. The hardest part is the forward planning. If I am doing a midday talk or going on a long ride I NEED to make sure I am able to find not only enough food, but the right kind of food too. Steve (my trainer) has really taught me the importance of nutrition. It's not all bad though. I do get to cook everything in butter. haha
Right! All this food talk has made me hungry. Off for a trout stew. Yummy!
