So I've just got back from a 43 mile cycle which took about 3 hours. I know what you are thinking...
..."Damn that is slow Sean" It was. I wont listen to Native American Chanting again.
Anyway on getting home all I wanted to do was chill out in a warm bath and read a book. Unfortunately no such luxuries exist in Sean's world.
Firstly I have to spend 30 minutes stretching. This is made rather difficult as my flat is about as big as Jordan's underwear. (not that I know what her underwear looks like, but you get my drift) Floor space is at a premium and is taken up by many boxes of cycling stuff at the moment.
After stretching I have to mix up one of my recovery shakes. This involves the accuracy of brain surgeon as I measure out scoop fulls. I thought that latte flavour would be a good idea, its not! Luckily I didn't buy 5kg's of the stuff . . . oh wait!!!!
Only now can I have a shower and drink my disgusting shake at the same time. Oh, before my shower I have to put all my cycle clothes in the wash as they have started to grow things.
Right. Ive now stretched, showered, washed clothes and had my shake! Done???? Hell no! I now have to link up my heart rate monitor so that Steve (my trainer) can see how slow I was.
Now I can relax . . . oh wait. No!
I have half an hour to cook up meal of about 2000kcal that has all the necessary ingredients to make me Superman all on a budget of 41p.
Why am I writing this blog? I haven't even mixed my shake yet. Oooops!
