India. A tough leg

Because I landed up in India 3 weeks after I could have, I hit the hot and windy season right before monsoon.
I had nearly 2 weeks of constant head winds and most of the days got up to 42 degrees. I got sunstroke twice and was pretty much soaking wet all day due to the humidity.
The food and people were great though. I didn't get ill and got a real flavour of India as my route was well off the beaten track.
I have never seen so many awesome bicycles either. I love them so much I bought one in Mumbai. Can't wait to cycle it around England when I am back. It's a tank but fun to ride. I feel I need to wear a tophat to ride it.
Off to Turkey next for my final leg along the med and over the alps back to London. I have no maps/phone/navigation so am just going to wing it.
